  • A 50% advance payment may be required before starting work. The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.
  • All payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

4. Project Timelines & Delays

  • Project completion timelines will be communicated before work begins.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material shortages, labor issues, regulatory approvals) will be informed to the client.
  • The client agrees to cooperate in providing necessary approvals and information to avoid unnecessary delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure site readiness, including necessary permissions and clearances.
  • Any modifications or additional requests after project commencement may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
  • Clients must ensure the safety of materials and equipment on-site, where applicable.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship warranties apply as per agreed project terms.
  • Vision Build Home is not liable for damages caused by improper maintenance, external factors, or third-party interference.
  • Any defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of project completion for resolution.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the work completed and costs incurred.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable if significant work has already been carried out.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Any designs, drawings, or plans created by Vision Build Home remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Use of Website & Content

  • The content on our website (text, images, designs) is owned by Vision Build Home and may not be copied or used without prior consent.
